Shipping policy

Shipping charges are exclusively for the cost of shipping your order and specifically does not include any other charges including, but not limited to, any and all import duties, taxes, tariffs fees or additional shipping fees that may be applied by customs or delivery services in your country.

All products ordered from the Equine Residences Store are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer(s). Production times vary anywhere from 3-12 business days and delivery times can range from 6-12 business days depending on the delivery location. 

It is important to report any damage immediately to shop@equineresidences.com.  If you order is damaged in any way, you must take pictures detailing the damage and retain all packaging materials in case the shipping wishes to inspect the damage. All damaged goods will be replaced.
